Update
I finished up my personal training sessions last week. I need to find something else to do, either on my own or at another studio. I walk everyday but I need to do something a little extra.
I've been getting a lot of compliments lately. It's fun. Also, I went to buy pantyhose and I am now the smallest size on the chart instead of the largest. Cool. Also, I couldn't find a bra in the Lane Bryant catalog because they were ALL TOO LARGE! As my partner said, "I guess you'll have to get out of the Lane Bryant mindset."
I lost two pounds last week and am now down to 150. My goal for next week is to just get in the 140s. I haven't been there since I was 19 or so.

I know about the Lane Bryant mindset, but let me tell you, it hasn't taken me long to get out of that mindset for myself. I started looking for clothes in some regular stores right away. I am gonna look at Victoria's Secret to see what sizes their bras run and see if I can fit into any of them. I've always wanted a VS bra, but could never find one to fit. Now I think I might be able to.
I've lost 4 lbs this past week, and 1 lb last week. I am now 5 months out from surgery, and have noticed that the way I lose my weight is this, I will have a couple of weeks where I will lose 4-5 lbs a week, then I have a couple of weeks where I lose maybe 1-2 lbs a week. About every eight weeks or so I have one week where I gain a fraction of a pound that week. I think I am in a heavily losing week. I weigh myself every day, but take an "official" weekly weight (which I record in a wonderful Excel sheet that Erin created for me) on Mondays. Since Monday, I've lost at least 2 lbs. If I can maintain an average of about 2 lbs a week, I should be at goal in July of next year.
