I'm over weight!!!!!!!!

We'll I've finally moved out of the obese range and am now only "over weight". I have now lost 196lbs which is 1/2 of my total old beginning weight (392lbs). I have 16 lbs to go to goal. Hope I can make it by Christmas. I have gone from a size 60" pants to 34" and some 33" pants and a 4/5XL shirt to a Large. The lastest pictures are at near the bottom of my profile. Chip
