I know that it has been a while since I have posted, time just really flies when you are having fun. I started this journey weighing 431 Pounds. I am now 5 months out , I weighed in yesterday at 302 which is sooo amazing. Even though I had a really rough road getting to this point, the first was the insruance company, being denied surgery for 2 1/2 years, then finally my partner put me on her insurance, her insurance company approved me in 2 days. After surgery when I started working out and feeling good about myself, I slipped and fell in radio shack, had to wear a cast for 2 months, couldn't work ouT, I am finally able to work out and start back getting back on track. i have been working out 3 times a week, 1 goal that I am so proud of is the cross training I am able to do 45 minutes now, i just can't believe it . This surgery was such a blessing to me, I have sooooooooooooooo much energy, I didn't make my last goal I wanted to be in the 200s by sept first, did happen missed it by 3 pounds. But that is okay, from 431 to 302 I will take that any day. My partner and I will be closing on our new home in georgia on 9/22, so we are so excited. We are buying our first home together, that will be our gift to each other since our 10 year anniversay is in oct. We will be having a commiment ceramony next year. I just wanted to let everyone know that I i love this board, I don't get a chance to post like I use, I do stop and read, to see how everyone is doing. I love you guys and i love this board. Congrats on all the amazing weight losses and to the newbies congrats on wls .

Hi Sweety You have done so awesome!! 129 pounds in 5 months is amazing! I just started working out three days a week too then had to cut back to two days a week so I could attend physical therapy on two other days. I'm just happy that I can get in there and do my workout and not be totally out of breath anymore. It must be very exciting to be buying a home! It is a very deserved gift to you both. 10 years is a long time - hopefully, my special someone will come along and one day I will be able to say that too. I hope you post lots of pictures of the commitment ceremony - I bet it will be so beautiful! I'm glad you came by and posted! Really put a smile on my face! Hugs to you, andrea 340/323/273/160 highest/pre-op/current/goal

Hello, You are doing an awesome job and it sounds like your life is really on track for happiness! That is wonderful... Sorry to hear about the Radio Shack thing. I hope that you have recovered from your injury and that it isn't holding you back anymore. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello. Take good care and keep up the good work! Best, Amy
