I saw my surgeon in the elevator today. He was in his surgical scrubs. Then I remembered that Wednesday is his surgery day and I thought, "He's going to change someone else's life today." I lost two pounds this week although I didn't lose anything last week. I guess I can't complain. Here are some things I've noticed lately: ---I can cross my legs now. I seem to do it a lot ---I can feel the pelvic bones in my butt. My partner has taken to calling me "Miss No-Butt" ---I can feel my ribs when I lie down. Cool I've only got forty pounds to go until goal. And only twelve pounds before I'm no longer obese. How are you feeling? 218/208/155/115

Wow Sheryl, that is fantastic! I can't remember the last time I could cross my legs. You have come so far! Congrats! Rachelle

I had posted a response earlier but it got lost, so I'm posting again. It has been a little over four months since I had my surgery. I have lost 75 pounds since then and a total of 90 lbs altogether. I've had a couple of big loss weeks, The week before last, I lost 5.4 lbs. This past week, I lost 10.6 lbs. My doctor put me on diuretics to help with my blood pressure, so I'm sure that helped, but I'll take it any way I can get it. I only have 77 more lbs to go until goal. Rhonda 326/311/236/159
