Cruising In to say Hello

Hello everybody!!! Got back today from a seven day cruise to Bermuda. What an incredible vacation!!!! It was a great opportunity to relax, see some beautiful sights, and simply enjoy myself. I totally left home..at home... didn't think about home, work, or anything but pleasure for seven days... It was great!!! The food was an issue because my willpower sucks!!!! I did watch myself...a bite here or there...but the sugarless desserts and cookies were just too tempting. I gained 4 pounds. First gain I have had in almost a year. Oh well, I am way over that!!!
