6 month update

It has been six months since I had my surgery today. I have lost 130 pounds. There has been so many changes. I have started a blog and I have also started a photo album online to record everything. Congratulations on loosing 130 lbs. in 6 months!! That is AWESOME! I hope I make my goal of loosing 100 lbs. in 6 months. Keep up the good work Kay 450/388/294/175ish

Thank you Kay. As far as you getting to 100 lost by your 6 month date, do the best you can. Our bodies sometimes have minds of their own and when we think we should loose, we don't. Take care Erin
