Update,, me and liz!

Well I wanted to come update everyone on the me and liz situation,, well the people who give a ****!!!! Well me and liz ARE back together,, she called me friday night crying her heart out and asking me to come talk to her,, which I was more than happy to do,, thrusday night and friday during the day were the loneliest times in my life, it seemed everything I did reminded me of her,, well I went and talked and she poured her heart out to me, which I told her was necc. since I felt she had not be honest with me and that was something I required in a relationship,, Well we talked forever and she told me that she just got freaked out , that she never thought she would find someone like me and fall in love the way she had with me,, That she has huge commitment and trust issues(which geesh doesn't take a genuis to figure out) and that she was sorry she got freaked out,, That she just wanted to slow down a tiny bit and to put off the wedding for just a lil while,, she said she did need to get some outside help and I told her if we were to continue that we would have to go to couples consuleing,,, She agreed and I was pleased to know that she was willing,, So we are going to work things out,, I AM SOOO HAPPY,,, Thank you all SOOOOOOOOO much,, you all have been sooo nice and soo caring,, I don't know any of you personally but I feel like you all are as close as family,, Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I am happy that the two of you were able to talk things through. I think sometimes talking can help both the people figure out what needs to be done in order to grow and be a great relationship. Good for you for going and talking to her. Marriage freaks some people out. I'm glad ya'll were able to talk about your fears and have decided to get counseling. It's scary, but your relationship is worth the hard work. I wish you two the best. XOXOXO, Sharyn

I am so happy for you! Keeping the lines of communication open in a relationship is not always easy...especially where fears are concerned. I think counselling is a great idea for the two of you. Relationships take a lot of work to keep them healthy. Good luck to both of you.

I had been thinking about you and wondering how you were. I am so glad to hear that everything is working out. Sometimes counseling is the best thing for a relationship. I started going to therapy about 5 months ago and my relationship with my partner of 5 years has been better than ever. Again, I am very happy for you. Good luck with everything!
