Moving to Georgia

As you all know that right before surgery that my company decided that they were going to move my dept to pittsburge. This is why we were going to make the move to GA, we have been wanting to go for awhile. I had been sending out my resume, finally a company called me I had the first phone interview then I had the second phone interview. Well I found out that I didn't get the job. I am really crushed. It really looked promising. My bother thinks that it is because I am out of state my cover letter stated that I could start work by end of June. I havn't had to do any interviewing in the last 10 years. I think I am very rusty. But my partner is going to transfer with her company. I am not going to let that get me down. I just wanted to say hi to everyone.

This is sooo strange, I had totally forgot about it, no I shouldn't say forgot but I thought it was at a later date, I was thinking more of 6/15 for some reason. My partner and I planned a hotel stay, to get away from things, and wouldn't you know the sign was up saying that the covention was that evening we didn't get to the hotel until 12:30am then the next day i saw alot of people that were coming from the convention I didnt know it was for 2 days. I will not miss the next one

Where in Georgia will you be moving? I moved to Georgia about 2.5 years ago. I live in ******* GA which is about 30-35 minutes north of Atlanta on the dreaded Georgia 400! There are many things to see and do here. The new Georgia Aquarium and Stone Mountain are my favorites. What type of work are you looking for? What part of ga are u trying to move too ? Me and a friend are actually going to ATL pride in August maybe we can meet up. It would be good to meet you. F.Y.I. - when sending your cover letter or resume use a GA address you will get a response quicker. I have been sending my resume and only recieved two bites. I have my hr person working with me as well because There are 3 sites on my company in ATl and a few other parts of GA.
