Help Me with Pic!

Hey family. I just added a new pic to my posting but when I made it smaller, it turned out all fuzzy looking. Does anyone know how to make it not look so fuzzy after making it small enough to fit on a post???? Is it my computer or do yall see the weird lines throughout the picture?? thanks kay

OK, nevermind. I re-did the picture but had to hold down the ctrl key and click refresh to see the new pic. silly me
