Weekly update
I can't say I'm real happy with my weight loss. I weigh 180 now which is two pounds down from last week. Next Wednesday I will be on vacation -- away from the scale and possibly the computer. Maybe that's a good thing.
I went to the nutritionist on Monday. She said:
I'm eating too fast
I need to take vitamin D
I need more protein
I can't argue those things. I'm having a LOT of trouble getting enough protein in. I'll keep plugging away, though.
How are you doing this week?

I had my 4 month check up Monday and Doc says I'm doing great. I've lost a total of 85 lbs. and he's proud of that. He wants me to exercise more and I knew he would say that. The only bad thing is my iron is low. So I'm looking for something different to take. I'm guilty of not taking my iron like I should.

Total weight loss from highest: 147 lbs.
My first goal is to be under 300!! I'm getting close!

I am having an ok week. I got on the scale Monday, I am down to 250. I was excited about that since last week there was no weight loss at all.
I saw my surgeon yesterday, everything is going well. I have to have my blood work done and faxed into him.
He also thinks that my back pain is from my weight. (sometimes, it hurts so bad I wish I was as big as I use to be, but then reality sets in and I am happy again.)
I have 70 more pounds until my goal. I hope to be there in a year.
