WHAT DID YOU EAT ON MONDAY?
I should have exploded sometime after lunch....
b - chicken biscuit and tea (my vice)
l 1/2 blimpies sub sandwich, tea (again
s - the other half and the rest of my tea
d - spagetthi bake, kool aid....green....yummy
I did not get to the gym due to a sick youngin at home....but I did 150 crucnhes....I gotta keep my tummy flat!
Not a bad day - not the greatest either
Monday Lets see..
Breakfast: 2 slices of 40 calorie bread with 1 tablespoon of Pnut butter 90 calories. 1 medium bananna. 85 calories Diet coke.. (my downfall) Vitamin and Extra Biotin for my hair
Snack: 1/2 cup of Sunflower seeds and 33 ounces of Water
Lunch: 1 beef fajita with cheese lettuce and refried beans. Diet coke
Snack: 1 Sugar free Fudge pop 40 calories
Dinner: 3 Cups of Fresh Fruit Salad. (cantalope, strawberries, grapes, pears, apples, bannanas) I dont know how many calories but it was good.. 40 ounces of water including what I drank while I worked out Vitamin again.
