As you'll be able to see I can eat LARGE amounts of food. I mean, to me, more than you would think a WLS patient should. Course, some days I can't. It's weird. I'm adding calories just for my own benefit. I KNOW I should never have more than 1200 as a "regular" person...just to maintain the weight I am. *sigh* IF I walk 5x a week, remembering Im 18 months out. B - Kashi Meal replacement Bar - 280 , Coffee S - 12 strawberries - 60 L - 1 c. Cafeteria chili - approx. 250 D - ChickFilA grilled chicken salad with 1.5 rasberry vinegarette dressings 420, Coffee with half&half S - 1 small S. Beach peanut butter bar - 140 Total 1150 - Almost No water Vitamins...Yes!

Hey Marty I was just thinking of you and I'm glad to see your post! You're making great choices! I'm going to start journalling my food so I can participate on this with all of you. (I can't remember what I ate the day before!) I am still only getting in 1-2 oz at a time. My doc wants to stretch miss persnickity pouch but I told him not until I'm at goal. I know if he stretches it out I am setting myself up to fail. I still have the gene, the trait, the lack of will power, whatever it is going strong inside of me. I am an overeater. And it sux. I'm pulling for us all... We can overcome! Barb
