Any suggestions here? I'm 7 months post op and my blood work shows a low saturation of iron. My doctor prefers OTC liquid Niferex but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I've been reading up on iron rich foods but am still sorting out when to eat what and when to take a supplement.
