WHAT DID YOU EAT ON THURSDAY?

OMG... I cannot even tell you what all I ate Thursday. It was so terrible. We had the president of the company in all day...stress ROYALE and to make matters worse, they had a spread of JUNK every which way you turn. Let's just suffice it to say that yesterday is one that I cannot repeat again ANYTIME soon. Not to mention that by the end of the day, I had such a miserably gassy stomach that I couldn't stand it. SOOOO... today, the office is FILLED with green JUNK food. I brought granny smith apples and green grapes, and THAT's my snack food for the day. I'll be glad to take any good food vibes you'd like to send my way! LOL! Tami What did YOU eat on Thursday??

Ok what did i have yesterday .... Ok here it goes it was ok i guess .... B-a 4 pack of snackwell cookies ( ok that was not good) L- i had a lean cusine ( 5 points LOL ) D- I had a taco salad and a tortia ...But i was bad and had some wine so that was very very bad So it was iffy for me ...But today is ok so far ,

I was sick most of the day so I didn't eat much...... b - (this is what made me sick) Chicken biscuit and tea :throwup: l - an egg d - about 4 oz of spagetthi s - about another 2oz of spagetthi....I held it down so I figured why not! No breakfast today.....but I'm having corned beef and cabbage for lunch even though it's Friday in lent.....(The archbiship of Atlanta said it was okay thie ONE time to have meat since it's St. Patty's day!) ~yes - i'm catholic~ Happy eating!

B- protein Bar S- cheese stick L- 1/2 of a Happy Meal hambuger with the top bun off S- 8 grapes D- 4 oz. grilled chicked & steamed broccoli & 1/4 baked potato. All vitamins & 1/2 of my protein drink 40 oz. water Tammy Gunter

B - coffee and yogurt Busy at work so it helped me to NOT eat extra stuff. L - I brought half a turkeycheese sammich...loaded with turkey! but ended up eating a serving of greens and a 2" sq. of cornbread! Saved the sammich for later. S - Kashi Protein bar to die for!! 200 cal. Lawdy it was good! Water on the way home..... D - Tilapia and marinated salmon (first attempt with the salmon) and it was incredibly good to me...(So good to me I OVERATE...took me an hour but I continued to shove it in. eyeroll) - hubby said it was "ok" He liked the tilapia though. I pan fried both...no breading of course, with a bit of olive oil, green beans....cabbage slaw. I'm thinking....did I have a snack after dinner??? Sheesh...I usually pig out on something awful....It'll come to me! lol.. I walked T. W. and Thurs. at lunch at work though. It's Friday and I've gone crazy already...oatmeal at home... S -1/2 sammich I brought for today's lunch then I had YESTERDAY's sammich for lunch lunch... No even sure what tonight may bring!! Wish me luck! and strength!
