Protein I can tolerate....
I thought I would share this with everyone since you know I have had a hard time finding a protein supplement I can handle. I think I can just handle things better now since it has been 5 months since surgery, but here is what I have made, and it is pretty good:
1 cup of vanilla soy milk
1 scoop of vanilla unjury
1 packet of Splenda
Mix well and enjoy. I'm surprised by how good it is. This morning, I made one with Derrick's Chocolate Myoflex. It is good, but the vanilla unjury is better. I'm sure those of you who do drink supplements every day have already figured this out.
