GA State Employee insurance question?

Does anyone know if one of the GA State employee's insurance plans cover this surgery? I'm researching this for a friend who works for the State of GA. She has 7 options for insurance plans.

State of GA insurance no longer covers this insurance. I have called all of the companys that my employeer offers.
