I'm home!!!

I got home at about 9:30 and have been resting well. I'm not really in Pain..but with the muscle tightening As Tami said I fel like Ive been kicked in the tummy a couple of hundred times!! Im not staying up long....but wanted to thank you all for the well wishes!! I love you guys...and I will swear by the pain pump my doctor gave me!!!! All my Dee Dee

I'm glad you are home. I have been reading the posts just not replying a lot. Get plenty of rest. I know you have wanted this for a long time.

I hope things are good with you! I'm feeling good so far - except I'm seriously tired of laying on the couch!! I will be posting pictures as soon as I can get some taken. Thanks for the love and support! Dee Dee

The pain pump is the most amazing thing. It keeps the area (incision) numb and allows for a better rested healing. So far I'm THRILLED with the results!!! If I can get a ride next weekend I may come to the gathering! Much Dee Dee

If I can get a ride I'm hoping to go to the January meeting - I'll still have my drains but I will keep them covered. The difference is AMAZING! Dee Dee

My new years moment included a toast with black cherry kool aid (since I can't drink with the perscriptions I'm on....) It was spent with family - and that was fantastic! I'll have pictures up as soon as I can! Dee Dee

WOW - not too many unexpected things happened - but so far (now day 3) things are going well. I'm going to post shortly about the whole event so people can have an idea of things that happen!
