Plastic Surgery (Breast Reduction)
My recommendation would be no. Unless you are suffering REAL back aches and it's causing you not to stand properly I wouldn't. You will continue to loose weight for many more months and you will loose more in your breasts as this is an area on women that is strictly a fat deposit area.
Not only that if you get them reduced and still loose then you will have not shape as you continue to loose. If you wait until you're at goal then get them reduced you'd be much happier with the results. (other wise you'll wind up needing implants to give you shape on the other end).
Just my two cents!

Now my voice is different but I would say run to a plastic surgeon and try to get the approval for the breast reduction now ASAP while your still heavy uptop. I recommend my surgeon she is the bomb as a matter fact DeeDee Cole is using her two so would second me on that I think. If you explain this situation to her and what your trying to do she would be friendly to you I am sure. She is great....
But, you can get an approval from your insurance company for the breast reduction now while your still big and this approval lasts a year. You can go back at anytime in that year and still have your approval and just have it done. If you wait till you are small and all your breast are gone then its hard as hell to get insurance to approve that cuz they see it as cosmetic cuz now your not top heavy to need a reduction.
This is info that I prayed someone would have given me before surgery. I would have tried to get a reduction right after surgery since I was at goal in a yr. I am trying for approval now but I am small atop a B and my hopes are slim to none. Now b4 when I was a DDD I would have had no prob. So its good to get the approval now if your trying to get insurance to pay for it. Call and read your policy to make sure your insurance approvals last a yr but they usually do. Hope this helps I know I wish someone would have told me this before...
NAT
Nat is right - I would recommend my surgeon.....and she did bring up some valid points that I didn't think of. Maybe you should at least consult with her. I don't have the reduction problem - unfortunately?!?!
so I'm trying to at least get a mastopexy approved and will have to pay for implants on my own......
