I uncovered all of the presents under a blanket in the back of our station wagon. (Brilliant move, DAD!) I was five. Unfortunately, I also showed my sister and the neighbors. Barb was three at the time. 9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Yes, hubby's family exchanges on Christmas eve. 10. What kind of cookies does Santa get set out for him? chocolate chip 11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? Love it! 12. Can you ice skate? yes 13. Do you remember your favorite gift? first Barbie with extra clothes that Grandma made 14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? celebrating Jesus' birth 15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? chocolate pecan pie 16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? placing the nativity scene near the tree (used to be under before the tree began rotating); I also collect ornaments, so it's kind of a year round tradition. 17. What tops your tree? an angel 18. Which do you prefer Giving or Receiving? giving, but I never feel like I am able to give enough, so...."blues"ville usually hits 19. What is your favorite Christmas Carol? Oh Holy Night...still remember the first time I heard it as a child...the high notes, the words, especially divine, made me cry (with joy) at eight years old... and there's no mention of evil deer .

Now they are wraped 3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? White only. 4. Do you hang mistletoe? Just over my desk at work 5. When do you put your decorations up? I don't decorate since I am not home for the holidays but I put up 2 trees Thanksgiving weekend. My parents and my aunt. 6. What is your favorite holiday dish? My aunt's sweet potato casserole. Nobody could make it better. 7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child? Going to my maternal grandparent's on Christmas Eve when everyone was still alive 8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? Not sure. But I beat up the girl next door for telling my sister there was not a Santa 9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
