First Health Exclusion!

I just recieved an email from a First Health rep. telling me that for McDonald's employees who enroll in 2006 or after, no one under 25 will be covered for surgery! This may apply to other employers as well, he couldn't say. Are they high, or stupid?!? My doctor's have given me a whole list of things that are immenent, and will occur before I'm 25, if I don't find a way to get the weight off! How do people fight things like this? The only things I could think of are the insurance commishioner or a lawyer... any suggestions? Valarie
