Good News!

Hubbie was hired as the manager at McD's yesterday! I will have First Health PPO ins. in 101 days! So, I guess I have to figure out if they are going to exclude me because of the lapse in coverage, or because of "pre-existing" condition... I'm going to Dr. Duncan's seminar on the 20th, and will meet with him soon thereafter to find out what tests I'll need... I've already got a pretty good packet together, it will just need a little tweaking for the new insurance! So, who wants to help me figure out how to get them to ignore the lapse and pre-ex condition?!? Valarie

Great news Valarie! So "handsome" got a job at McD's (where exactly is this McD's) (Just kidding)!! I thought Group health policies did not have pre-existing clauses, or is that only if it is an HMO?? I used to know so much more about all this insurance stuff. I am not familiar with this particular insurance company at all. CAn you get more info online? Judye
