Heather, WTG girl, I know you must be on cloud 9 right now. The way I lost was stopped eating anything white, only wheat, and ate alot of yogurt, ff pringles, etc.

I don't have any great suggestions on the 10 pounds...but perhaps limiting carbs, increasing veggies and fruits and EXERCISE. (unfortunately, the key to everything!)
Hang in there....I'm donw an official 100 pounds. Best thing I ever did. Hope you are saying the same soon!
