65 lbs is good... but I had a lot more to loose than you! Your BMI is far less- so keep that in mind!
My only way of jumpstarting myself...is that when I am on a woosh week ( I basically loose a lot for about 10 days a month..) ...I really push protien...and work out ( at least that one week! lol!) I also do very low carb, low fat during that time as well. I have it down to a science..oddly enough, it always happens the week or so before my period! I am a strange girl I guess!

I agree, according to other things I've read....with DeeDee's assessment. But let me add a postscript.
I am now about 16 months out and have begun to experience hair loss again. BUT...I can tell you that I have fallen off the wagon of daily vitamins and adequate protein intake. I'm trying to get my buttinsky back in gear and get "regular" *grin* again. I've had mucho stress at work, tons of work, plus family weddings, and now holidays and I just quit being as conscientious as I should be. I'm trying!! This to me, says it certainly makes a difference with protein and vitamins.
I experienced the loss at 4 months for a few and then it came back and just stopped falling out.....then, like I said, of late, it's happening again.
Totally my fault it seems.
I'm down 144 lbs. and need to lose 45 more lbs to suit ME and at this late date I suspect that ain't gonna happen, but anything else from here on out is icing on the cake. Im comfortable, relatively pain free...mobile and wearing size 18 pants! coming from a tight 32! Hey! I'm happy!
