Hi all... Not the best food day here....still not feeling fabo... Breakfast: Coffee 2 20oz waters Lunch: Cinamon Bagel Dinner: a few bites of chunky soup & rice. Better tomorrow. WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY???

hmmmm, kinda bad day for me lets see. breakfast : 1 toast 1 egg lunch: very small salad dinner: 1 6in subway,roast beef and turkey,cheese and mayo, I ate most of it snak: 1 toast with peanut butter and jelly snak: 1, 3 pack of carb solutions peanut butter cup. iced tea all day with sweet a low. hopefully nothing else but i am still craving the peanut butter

I don't think I am getting in enough food, my scales aren't moving. Breakfast- 12oz. Isopure Protein drink Snack- 1 cheese stick Lunch- 2 or 3oz. grilled chicken Snack - Apple Supper- 3 oz. grilled chicken & 2 tablespoon's of Lima beans 70oz.Water

breakfast- protein shake, lunch-half tuna sandwich, snack-protein shake/half protein bar, dinner-half a bacon cheeseburger, handful of chex mix and 1 choclate covered cherry. I am pushing these off on my 2yr. old son to get rid of them!!

Since my surgery is at the end of the month I'm trying to eat healthier and protein/vitamin load. B - protein shake / coffee l - escalloped chicken (frozen dinner....quite yummy!) s - snackwells cookies and coffee d - corn dog and beans I got in two multi vitamins and about 70 g of protein. I also power walked about 5 miles - wanted to run but my knee doesn't like the rain..... and about 50 oz of water.....water is so hard to get in sometimes..... Not terrible....still have to up the protein intake and water intake. Dee Dee

Here's what I had: B- 1 egg, 2 pieces of bacon, 1/4 of a biscuit L- the toppings off of a frozen Lean Cuisine pepperoni pizza with extra cheese added S-1 Krystal burger D- Chopped pork bbque, spoonful of Brunswick stew, spoonful of beans, 1/4 hamburger bun 48 oz water, 1 can coke As you can see, not a stellar diet. My new year's resolution is going to be to get in more lean protein, veggies and fruits, and to start making tea at home so I can cut down on the cokes. I do have good days, I swear. How come I only come across these polls on the not so great days Kelle
