slim fast low carb?

I found a slim fast low carb shake that has 20 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. Out of all of the premade protein drinks this has been so far the only one that I can keep down. Has anyone tried these and are they ok?

sounds fine, whatever you can find that you can handle at this point is fine. you might want to find one higher in protien later on when you can handle different things, but no rush.

The unjury is the only powder mix that I have been able to stomach but when I mix it up I get so full before I finish my drink I end up have to throw it away. The chocolate and the unflavored are good
