SCHOOLING QUESTION TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ??

Ok, So i want to get in the medical field. So i have deceided that i want to be a dental hygenist. First i want to be an assisant. Ok heres the question, you can do home schooling from home for the assisant program, i just wonder when you go out and apply for a job would they rather see someone that went to classes in a school or do you think it would be ok if i do it at home?? Their are so many schools that offer it at home and that would work at great for me. So what do you think, do you think it matters how you got your schooling just as long as you have your diploma?? I think that you should go and talk with several dentists and see what they say...Would the dentist hire someone to work for him who had done the home schooling??? The reason to ask the dentist, is that he might be the very person hiring you when you should graduate... Norma

I think what is most important here is to make sure the school is an accredited institution. Otherwise you'll be out of time and a lot of money. Secondly, most prefer people with hands on experience, something that you would not get if you home-schooled.
