I Found a Great Plastic Surgeon

I had my surgery with dr Henderson May 25,2004. I lost 110 lbs. I have been 140 for about 4 months. I had consultations with 3 plastic surgeons in GA and they all gave me a price way to high for a cash pay. Insurance won't cover any of mine. And what all 3 docs in GA said I needed was not what the doc in Fla said would be the best. He is an intern in Gainsville Fla. His price is half of a regular surgeon. And he is good. He did my husbands lipoctomy Oct 12,2005 He cut off 45lbs of skin and fat. There were no problems and the doc was very nice and took real good care of him. I am going to start my surgery in Jan or Feb of 2006. And the price for 3 procedures 2 operations with him being an intern and with Dr Segal helping, he has been doing this for 20 years and my doc Dr Steel has been doing it for 7 years. He has 1 more year to intern. His price is 12K for a lipoctomy first, then I go back for my thighs and arms. 12K total !!That is his fee, hospital fee, anestia fee, everything... Im in! Hi Autumn, Wow small world I am also in St. marys, your husband goes to my ward I just thought I would since I saw you on here and say hi. I am only 4 months post op, but I am now freaking about the skin hanging..its soooooooo bad. I will have to have a lipectomy too also a bracialplasty and thighlift, and breast reduction/lift as well. I dont know how in the world I will pay for it, but I will cross that bridge I suppose soon enough. Take care, Donna B.
