OK..sorry.. I missed yesterday...Man! I'm slackin!! Today... B: Starbucks Coffee L: Ham & Egg (no cheese) Toaster from Sonic D: PROBABLY - leftover chinese that I bought yesterday and NEVER ate! Ok..so this wasn't very detailed...I'm really struggling to get motivated folks...please forgive... Hope your turkey day is wonderful. I'm going to leave you with a tip that came from my Susan Maria newsletter...to help with tomorrow and the urge to eat too much... "This Thanksgiving, when faced with foods we really shouldn't eat...sweet potato casserole, grandma's stuffing or the desserts calling our name...try to focus on the three bite rule to get through the holiday. The First Bite is to get a good taste. The Second Bite is to verify it was as good as we thought it would be. The Third Bite is the LAST BITE, so savour it." It's good advice. Hey Tami! I did pretty good today. I had a protein shake for breakfast, and 2 slices of pizza and salad for lunch/dinner, all my vitamins and water. Broke my plateau today so I was happy!

WOW! I can't imagine cooking all day and not sticking a finger or 2 in the fruits of my labor! LOL! You do need more nutrients though Miss Tammy. You can really hurt yourself if you don't get what you need. Hang in there missy!!! Tami

WAY TO GO GAL!!!!!!!!!!!! After tomorrow.....You are gonna see improvements in me. I WANT to lose 10 pounds by New Years when I go to Philly.... Here's hoping... Great job!!

New to "What did you eat today" but it's helpful to see what we ate (good and bad) B-(at the car dealership for awhile) Diet Coke and Knott's Berry Farm Cookies from the vending machine...did you know that little bag has 240 calories!! OK...this was a BAD selection but did better the rest of the day. L-grilled chicken salad with L. 1000 Island Dsg (3-4oz ckn with a few bites of salad and 3 cherry tomatoes) D-pecan covered chicken (2-3oz) with 3 bites mashed potatoes and tomatoes and green beans **got alloted water/protein shake/vitamins/exercise in

Welcome Miss Cindy!!! You really turned the day around after the dealership fiasco.. it's REALLY hard to eat well, when your only choices come out of a machine that drops your choice 3 ft from a little rack...LOL! Hope to see you on here more often! Tami

Hey Tami, I am going to start doing this. I usually just read the posts. But I am out of control. I must get back on the wagon. Yesterday we did our Thanksgiving at my mama's house, I had: B-Coffee L-About an oz. of turkey, two tbs of dressing with giblet gravy, 1tbs cranberry sauce, two bites of pea salad, 1 roll, a thin slice of pumpkin pie, a bite of squash, I could not eat all of this at one sitting so I went back to my plate a few times after I should have just let it go to the trash D- two slices of pizza at work and a small peice of cake, was wishing I could throw up but couldn't I got in about 80 oz of fluids As close as I could figure my calories on fit day: cal.-1427 fat- 63 carb-175 protein-43 Bad bad day!! To day will be better!!

WELCOME Darla! Well....give yourself yesterday...it WAS your Thanksgiving!! We all have em' though...and it sort of helps to "say" it out loud...what youput in your mouth...it makes it more real and you acknowledge it more... I'm so thankful to have all you guys...who understand the difficulties we go through... Have a wonderful day today and come on out and play WDYET more often!! ((((hugs)))) Tami
