Girl...let me tell ya something... I did EXACTLY what you are doing now...and don't think I didn't have a GRAND TIME eating all that fabo stuff.... HOWEVER...I am now a year and a half out..with about 50 pounds still to lose, that I have to WORK to get off now...it no longer falls off... GUESS HOW MUCH I GAINED once I decided to have surgery??? YOU GUESSED IT!! FIFTY POUNDS!!! You can imagine that I have been kicking myself in the butt everytime I wish I had reached goal!! SOOOOOOOO...there's a little food for thought to chew on instead of all that stuff you want to eat... Here's a tip that Susan Maria sent via her newsletter.... This Thanksgiving, when faced with foods we really shouldn't eat...sweet potato casserole, grandma's stuffing or the desserts calling our name...try to focus on the three bite rule to get through the holiday. The First Bite is to get a good taste. The Second Bite is to verify it was as good as we thought it would be. The Third Bite is the LAST BITE, so savour it. That way you get some of all you want and not so much you add loads of weight!! GOOD LUCK HEATHER and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Heather, You are certainly not the only one!!! Everyone told me you need to start eating'' this way'' before surgery, but I definately splurged on sweets especially. Don't worry about it too much, it will all work out. Take Care! Rachel
