Update...

O.K. I just have to share...I went to my 3 month appt. today...and drum roll please.......I have lost right at 80 pounds!!!!!!! I can't believe it. I weigh 262!!!!! From 342 when I started this!!!!!! Just wanted to share. This has been a very interesting ride so far. It hasn't been the easiest thing I have ever done, but it hasn't been the hardest either. Thanks to everyone!!!!

You are doing great too! I just had to share. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys too.

Thank you, Dahlin'! I'm so excited about this...I just can't believe it. I mean, I'm used to going to the doctor and worrying about what the scales would say...just knowing they were going to fuss at me for gaining weight. Not this time!!!! It just felt great! Oh, and I need to get with you about those pictures. I really hope you are coming.
