WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY? 11-21-05
Well today didn't exactly work out the way I planned..however..
B: leftover soup & rice
Protein shake
L: Tomato soup
S: Protein Pudding
D: Chicken Soup from Chick Fila and crackers
THEN...all kinds of junk happened at work about 10 pm...Literally the ceiling was falling in, cuz we had some sort of MAJOR water leak... I was running around calling bldg maintenance, etc....HUGE MESS....soooooo to my basically good day, I ADDED:
About 4 handfuls of chocolate covered caramel corn
When I got home (about 11pm) I remembered I couldn't have anything in the morning for my ultrasound...soooo I ADDED:
More leftover soup & rice....
Not as bad as last week...but not good...
WHAT DID YOU EAT ON MONDAY????
I ate alot yesterday, but when I saw the carb/fat/protein content..it was not too bad. About 1200 calories; about 200 too many.
I have done a lot of thought, and although I kick myself every time I eat something I view that I shouldn't, I have to admit that I am making some good choices every day. Every choice is not good, but alot are.... so "that's something to be proud of"
Breakfast- Eggbeaters-peppers-cheese
Snack- Weigh****chers Lemon snack cake
Lunch- Tuna on low carb wrap ( THey have the wraps in Kroger and Wally World...if you haven't tried them, you should..they are pretty good)
Snack- I've got Lantz in my pants peanut butter crackers.
Dinner- 2 small deer sausage patties
Snack- Another of those WW Lemon Snack cakes- Thank god that box is empty
Snack AGAIN- about 2 cups of airpopped popcorn.

I've been living for the day when I could post, but after reading everyone else's posts, I'm ashamed of mine.
B 1/4 cup leftover grits with a 1/2 tsp of deviled ham stirred in.
S nothing
L 4 oz ruby red gratefruit juice (no sugar added)
D. 1 serving Quaker Oats High Protein Oatmeal - no milk or sugar
S. 1 slice low-fat ham (very thin sandwitch type) with two saltines
Although I am now four weeks out, I can't seem to get a handle on this food thing. Anything the least bit sweet makes me gag, so there goes yogurt and protein drinks. I try to sip water during the day, but it constantly bubbles up in my throat. This is a lot harder than I thought it would be, but so worth it.
