How much B-12 subliguial do we take after our surgery?

I TAKE 1,000 mcg A DAY.

Hey Heather, I did take 1000 mcg per day for the 1st few weeks, then I went to B12 shots. I take 1 (1000mcg) every 2 weeks, and I feel sooooooooo much better now. Hugs, Melissa

I was taking one tablet a day. But my 6 month blood levels just came back and My doc has cut me back to 3 times a week. Right after surgery I took the Sublingual liguid under the tongue but I like the tablet better.

where do you get your b-12 shots from? do you go to the dr's office? or can you give them to yourself?
