I know where you're at. I'm 11 months post-op and have lost over 100lbs myself but found myself getting back into bad habits and stopped losing weight...like I should.
Start by keeping a food journal. I'll show you exactly where your putting on the pounds.
What kinda "work out" are you doing. For a long while, I did cardio only which burns calories but muscle too. When I focused on weight training, I couldn't lose well...but I was putting back on weight and muscle...but the numbers weren't coming down like I wanted them to. So I've compromised to 3-4 days cardio and 2 days bike riding (outside the gym) which has really worked my butt/legs/abs really well. Make sure you change up your routine because your body can get used to the same-ole routine.

Work it one day at a time!!
