December Gathering-Attending?

I wouldn't do the "taking" thing with them like the swap, but maybe just draw numbers and exchange...that way the kids will have something to open as well. Just a thought Shree

That is what I was thinking. I thought I would get some stuffed animals and some other little things and wrap them up. They will definitely have something to open. What did you think about the cookie decorating station? I hope that will be fun..adults can do it too...even though we can't really eat them.

I don't want to be a pest about this but can I ask that you provide a separate thread posting just the directions? Are we still doing this as pot-luck? Are you wanting the recipe for what we bring? I hope this post works! Hi Stephanie - I am fairly new to the Atlanta area and am looking for a group of people that have had or are going to have weightloss surgery. I had mine about 2 1/2 years ago, down 110 lbs, and still grateful everyday! I was wondering if your group is open to anyone, if so, I would like more info about this gathering. Hi,Nancy...definitely come to this get together...you are welcome to attend any of them. We try to meet monthly at different places around GA. We would love to have you. Congrats on your loss and doing so great! I love to hear from people who are years out from having surgery.

I will be there...not sure if Joe will make it, cuz poor fella is working his booty off...(he's a baker...he gets NO relief during the holidays). I won't even get to see him now until after Thanksgiving, cuz he's working EVERY DAY until then...bummer. sooo...definitely one. MAYBE 2.

Oh, I hope Joe can make it. If not, we'll see you there. Try to sneak in some visits as often as you can.
