Hello and Help

Hello All, I have been visiting this web site for some time but this is my first time posting. I need help finding a new PCP in the Atlanta area. Preferably in Fayette, Coweta counties. My PCP who I saw for 10 years decided that he could not write a clearance letter for me. This was after I had done all the other necesssary clearances for my ins. co. So now I am back at the begining. Can anyone help? Thanks. Kim S.

Kim, I do not know wht type of insurance you have but my Dr. is wonderful!! She is actually an internist and is in Fayetteville not far from the Hospital. She was very proactive in my getting the surgery, she suggested it 3 years before I decided to have it. She is very very very throuough!!! She actually treats alot of geriatric patients but she has younger patients also, I am 50 and have been going to her for years. Her name is Betsy Susan Horton 770-719-5490 practice is called Alpha Internal Medicine. I have United Health Care PPO and I have always gone to an internist for my pcp. She also has a very good nutritionist at her office. She has two other Dr's. in her practice that are great too: Dr. Panova and Dr. Husan (all ladies). They are very attentive and knowledgble and just better than any other Dr. I have ever been to. Good Luck. Judy E

Kim my PCP is Dr Karen Harris-Moore. She is in Peachtree City. I am on BCBS but I know she takes more than just that. Check her out she is awesome.
