Hi all... Didn't eat much today...REALLY REALLY CRAPPY DAY. I DID realize how much I wanted to eat, just cuz I was sooooo upset. I was not HUNGRY, but I wanted to go clean out the cupboards...just to soothe me. I DIDN'T though...felt like I was gonna hurl... KIDS!! GRRRR!!! Anyhooz.... B: Coffee L: 2 pcs of grilled chicken S: Power crunch bar D: Chunky soup w/ rice No water...HUGE 44 oz glass of unsweet tea got in my calcium before all hell broke loose and my multivitamin, but forgot my iron, potassium and magnesium... Oh well....not a bad food day and if I can get some water down before bed will be better... AND...only ONE more workday before I hit that cabin in the mountains!! WOOOOO FRICKIN HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! WHAT did YOU eat today???

Good for you !! Good control of your eating And I am so jealous of your trip this weekend. Have a wonderful time You deserve this Me- started the day with great intentions B- got down to the restaurant late and the line was long. So instead of my normal good stuff, I had bacon egg and cheese on a small croissant. L- Had leftover chinese spa chicken.. Just steamed chicken and veggies. S- 4 wheatsworth crackers with Peter Pan Honey Peanut butter. Keeping crackers and a jar of peanut butter in my office has been a big help to keep on track. D- This is where I screwed up...... I ate two slices of Domino's pizza and a 1/2 slice of home made zucchini bread. I felt TERRIBLE after I ate it. I cannot wait to pass this lump of food. It was way more than I needed. Should have stuck to one slice, and passed on the zucchini bread. All tolled up- Fitday says I had 1111 calories/48 fat grams/80 protein and a dreaded 94 carbs. Does decaf coffee count towards fluids? If so, I did get all my fluids in... I did get vitamins in as well. Love ya girly !! Have a fantastic time with your sweet man

Where were ya?????? Miss you girlie.. I am sorry your having a rough time... IM ME lets see... I WAS BAD BAD Bfast- Low carb waffle ( I know bad bad) Lunch- Some left over pot roast Dinner- Some turkey breast...stuffing...mashedpotatoes...greenbeans... ( I had a bite each of the bad stuff... I dunno why I cant say no)... Took most of my vitamins ( missed my biotin..) Good news is, I am down 53 lbs in 3 months...whee!

Hey guys! I always love reading these posts. The ones that do really well inspire me, and the ones doing about like me, console me! B-1 piece of breakfast quiche, bacon, cheese, etc L-chicken from the crockpot from last night, some green beans, and about an ounce of cheddar cheese Snack-two cookies, yep, you heard it right. Regular full on-choc chunk cookies. They were awesome. Dinner-not sure yet cause I'm still at work but probably either more chicken, or part of a frozen cheapy Kroger frozen pepperoni pizza. I add more cheese and eat about half of it. It's one of the individual ones anyway. May do better tomorrow, who knows. Keep up the good work ya'll! Kelle -230 lbs since 7/6/04
