Yes Nalani, it is unflavored, I bought it and use it myself, and I can't taste it at all. Melissa Dr. Ejey (Duncan's Office) Lap RNY- 10/17/05 July, SW - 241.5/ Nov., CW - 211/GW - 135 - 30 lbs gone forever

I bought a 12.7 oz can and it is Designer Whey Natuaral Flavor. I got mine at the Vitamin Shoppe and I paid 10.95 for it. The had the big buckets for I think 14.99 but it may have been 19.99. It has 90 calories per scoup with 2 Carbs, 2 grams sugar, and 19 grams protein. I have not tried yet but am. It says you can put in in drinks, shakes, muffins, cereal, water, milk, juice, yogurt or any recipes. It is also mixable with a spoon and 97% lactose free. Nalani
