Is it possible....
That I have stretched my pouch? I am 3 weeks post op and 2 weeks ago I could only eat 1/2 an egg, and tonight I ate 1 piece of fish fillet and 2 tsp pinto beans and felt satisfied. I have NEVER eaten more when I felt satified, so what's the deal?

You are fine...as you heal, you will be able to eat more. As you feel better and the swelling goes down, eating will become easier. You will just have to find out what you can tolerate. I remember only being able to eat about 2 bites of chili a month ago...now, I can easily eat a small chili from Wendy's. You are doing great!
I am a little over one year out. I certainly do remember being scared to eat. Now I pretty much eat what I want in moderation. After my surgery I remember thinking to myself, oh what have I done! You are uncertain of what and how much you can eat. Thinking to yourself when am I going to get full or satisfied. In time that feeling will change. You will get to know your body and what it needs.
Eat a Big Mac, no way I can eat a whole one so I cut it in half and still have some left. I order a junior whopper but I know I will not eat the whole thing. By the way dont everyone kill me for the burgers. I seldom eat them!!! Just every once in a while.
Your pouch is still a newbie so be gentle with it and treat it like a new born. This is such a scary time for you so a little at a time and soft foods until you completely heal. In three to six months you will feel pretty much back to your normal self except a lot lighter and healthier.
Good luck!!
