***PLOP!**** That was me falling off the wagon! grrrr.... I was STARVING today....you'll be able to see why when I list my foods... b: samples of sausage sandwiches at the Racetrac - Got gas at Channel 11's "Where in the World is the Cheapest Gas?" l: weigh****chers - pot roast *yummy* s: cup applesauce 2 or 3 mini s/f chocolates d: chicken breast & water (dinner #1 at 4:30) d: orange chicken (peeled battered coating off chicken) Dinner #2 at 9:00 *SIGH* Ok..better tomorrow...DID go line dancing...DID get in all my vits. WHAT DID YOU EAT ON WEDNESDAY???

MOMMA! IT dosent look that bad! Sorry I didnt check in with you... I wasnt feeling well ( I have an abcess tooth) ....and I went to bed early. I also knew you would be shakin it at Wild Bills! so as for me... PLOP. I WAS HORRIBLE. No shakes.... BF- A PICKLE ( PICKLES MAKE ME PUKE) LUNCH- NADA DINNER- 1/2 A CHICKEN SANDWHICH. I did have my vitamins. Heres to today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pfft.

b - snackwells cookies dunked in my coffee....didn't actually drink the coffee.... l - small cheeseburger from McDonalds.....it was YUMMY s - 2 m&m cookies d - 1/2 cup chicken salad TOOOOO Many carbs, but managed to get in lots of water and ran about 3 miles. I did take my vitamins too....Oh - And I started the day with a Protein drink.... Today's not going so well. Working from Home on Thursdays KILL me cause I wind up eating AAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL day long. Dee Dee

I've had a good day. B: Isopure shake(2 scoops) L: about 3 oz of broiled salmon and 5 FF Pringles potato chips.... they we so tasteless that I didn't even feel guilty.. S: black seedless grapes.... half of a sandwich bag D: whiting fish and a little bit of a spring salad with lemon juice/olive oil.... it did make my stomach hurt for a short while, but I kept it in. I had more water than I usually do and took all my vits an Calcium. Also....I signed up fo Gold's Gym Membership... Hooray to me... we got family package .... and they have a child care there, which is vital to me....So now I'm looking forward to working out. And.... my scales finally moved after 2.5 weeks stall...Yes!!! hugs, Rita
