~~November Vows~~
The holidays are upon us! I figure this is a really good time for me to make some vows to myself and witnessed by my GA family.
1. I vow not to over do it especially at Thanksgiving. Can't promise not to have a piece of something that I shouldn't have!
...just being honest!
2. I vow to exercise at least 5 times per week
3. I vow to get in at least 150 ozs of water per day, especially on the weekend
4. I vow to eat protein first, especially when cookies, cakes and pies are looking me in the face!
5. I vow to go to church at least every Sunday for the month ~ NO EXCUSES!
What are your November vows?

Hey Vanessa,
Great post!
1. I vow to exercise at least 3 times a week, since I have not done anything in about 2 months now
2. I vow to increase my water to 80 ozs
3. I vow to have morning devotion and read my word daily.
4. I vow to break my plateau by doing all of the above and protein first, vitamins etc.
