HI ALL...
What did you eat today?
It's been tough, but SO FAR so good.
The WORST part is about to start, cuz I am about to leave the office and go home...LAND O' PLENTY!!!
Ok....
B: Protein Shake - 2 cups coffee (OH yeah, I ate a MINI bagel)
S: 1 cup of applesauce
L: Healthy Choice meal - Salisbury Steak and mashed potatos. 200 cals only!
S: Power Crunch Protein Bar
D: 2 eggs... HOPEFULLY that is it. Gotta go home...errrggghh...
Got in ALLLLL my water. ALLLLL my vitamins. Now I am gonna TRY to go home and do my aerobics tape, cuz there is NO WAY I am getting to the gym tonight...and that will count the same.
PRAY FOR MY EVENING PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yikes, I just realized I havent eaten!
All Ive had is:
B forgot to eat
S forgot to eat
L AchievOne Mocha Java
S forgot to eat
D will probly be the insides of a 2 soft tacos (meat and cheese only)
Man, thats bad, I cant beleive I didnt eat today. Gotta watch that.
I did get all my vitamins, calcium, and water in (over 100oz so far).
I must be losing my mind. I didnt eat much yesterday either. I just kept forgeting, then it was 8pm and all Id had was 2 protein drinks
Oh well, Ill do better tomorrow. Might have to make a sticky note to remind me to eat though.

I had:
B: Atkins "creamy Vanilla " shake
L: 2 tsp English Peas, 1st PB&J, and 2 Oz. chicken breast
D: 1/4 Cup Wendys Chilli/ with a 2 saltines (I know probably wasn't suppose to have that yet, but we were out because of trick or treating)
Probably 25 Oz water in today, plus ALL vitamins
and 1 Baskin Robins Sugar Free Candy

It's ok to have a few carbs... I put everything in fitday, and after I add the grapes I plan to have and my protein pudding I am at 1035 calories (which is within the 1000 - 1200 my nutritionist says I should) and I kept my carbs within the level and got 107 g of protein!!
