HI ALL... What did you eat today? It's been tough, but SO FAR so good. The WORST part is about to start, cuz I am about to leave the office and go home...LAND O' PLENTY!!! Ok.... B: Protein Shake - 2 cups coffee (OH yeah, I ate a MINI bagel) S: 1 cup of applesauce L: Healthy Choice meal - Salisbury Steak and mashed potatos. 200 cals only! S: Power Crunch Protein Bar D: 2 eggs... HOPEFULLY that is it. Gotta go home...errrggghh... Got in ALLLLL my water. ALLLLL my vitamins. Now I am gonna TRY to go home and do my aerobics tape, cuz there is NO WAY I am getting to the gym tonight...and that will count the same. PRAY FOR MY EVENING PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did YOU eat today????

Yikes, I just realized I havent eaten! All Ive had is: B forgot to eat S forgot to eat L AchievOne Mocha Java S forgot to eat D will probly be the insides of a 2 soft tacos (meat and cheese only) Man, thats bad, I cant beleive I didnt eat today. Gotta watch that. I did get all my vitamins, calcium, and water in (over 100oz so far). I must be losing my mind. I didnt eat much yesterday either. I just kept forgeting, then it was 8pm and all Id had was 2 protein drinks Oh well, Ill do better tomorrow. Might have to make a sticky note to remind me to eat though.

Hi there Ms. Tami, I had: B: Atkins "creamy Vanilla " shake L: 2 tsp English Peas, 1st PB&J, and 2 Oz. chicken breast D: 1/4 Cup Wendys Chilli/ with a 2 saltines (I know probably wasn't suppose to have that yet, but we were out because of trick or treating) Probably 25 Oz water in today, plus ALL vitamins and 1 Baskin Robins Sugar Free Candy Hugs girl, Melissa

Looks good... ( minus the bagel and taters!).... .. Welll... BF- 1 egg and a shake ( a dab of butter) lunch nada............... Dinner- Fish with tarter sauce and.... eek.. 1 mini mounds bar. BOOM. I fail. WAAAH! I did have my vitamins and water................................. Ok.... cheers to tomorrow!

You Did NOT fail!!! You did GREAT!!! It's ok to have a few carbs... I put everything in fitday, and after I add the grapes I plan to have and my protein pudding I am at 1035 calories (which is within the 1000 - 1200 my nutritionist says I should) and I kept my carbs within the level and got 107 g of protein!! YEAH BABY!!! YOU DID WUNNERFUL!! NO FAIL!! Oh yeah...I didn't get to shake my booty tonight. I WILL get in 2x this week though...I promised.

YAY YOU!!!! I'm doing REALLY well this morning, and guess what???? I WENT TO THE GYM!!!! I wasn't going to Wild Bill's last night... I was gonna try to get to the gym. I go to Wild Bill's on Weds night to do line dancing...
