WHAT DID YOU EAT THURSDAY?
Ok..I'm late I know...but I worked until 11 last night...
Back in at 5am...and root canal at 8:30...
I can ALMOST feel my lip again....
Yesterday was better....
B: Oatmeal - Coffee w/splenda
L: Chunky soup
D: More Oatmeal
S: No Sugar Added Ice Cream Sammich! LOL!
ALLL my water and vitamins.
(I was at work all day and we just got a new office, no vending machines, etc...no way to cheat! LOL!)

Thank goodness for no vending machines!

D-1 oz chicken breast, 1 Tblsp rice, 1 Tblsp green beans
S-cheesestick, 5 mini pretzels
I'm eating a bit better (miracles DO happen!) or should I say more.
Although I am turning into a cheesestick!
Always my vitamins and working hard on fluids.
TAMIIIIIIIIIIIIIII hey girl, glad to see you are on track again. Sorry I haven't been posting much we've had 2 fall fesival's this week plus one today and I went to my 1st post op appt thursday and have lost 13 pounds in 10 days(as of Thursday) I have advanced, here goes:
B: 10 oz water (went grocery shopping, no time for food)
L: 4 small slices grilled chicken/ 2 bites egg
S: one piece s/f creme savors chocolate & caramel candy
D: 1/2 C. Broccoli & cheese soup
S: 1/2 (5 oz., 10g protein) "creamy Vanilla" Atkins shake
and in between more water, not sure how much, and I got in all my vitamins and reg. meds. I am doing SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD
