Approved by insurance

HI, My seconday Insurance approved the surgery yesterday. It's now starting to feel real. What's next? I heard something about an endoscope exam. How long did it take some people to go from approval to surgery? Thanks, Kit

Hi Kit, I just wanted to say congratulations on your approval. I didn't have to have an endo so I can't tell you what to expect. I noticed you are using Dr. Khaitan. She was my first choice but her wait was over a year long. I ended up with a great doc anyway Thank God! I was going through my preops when I was approved, the whole process took me about 3 months but I had issues with a stress test. Anyway... keep the faith, your day will come. Keep in touch, Barb
