Hi all... Crummy week food wise.. why is it so up and down?? errgghh I'm feeling crabby this morning and don't have but a second, so suffice it to say BBAAAAADD DAY!... Way too many carbs.... too much emotional eating and scrounging for something it seemed like every 30 mins or so. TODAY WILL BE BETTER!!! Tami WHAT DID YOU EAT ON WEDS???

I forgot to bring my lunch - which I have been trying to do lately (mostly cause I don't have the $$ to spend on food...LOL) I had to raid my change jar so here's my WHOLE day b - coffee & snackwells cookies l - Burrito from Taco Bell s - protein drink d - bite of the left over Taco and slice of choclate chip pound cake w/ a scoop of frozen yogurt I also drank about 32 oz of tea. That's literally all that went into my system yesterday....not alot - but NOT what I should have had for food

You will do better today I am sure of it My day was okay Had eggbeaters with peppers and cheese for breakfast For lunch.. a subway low carb, low fat turkey wrap Snack... 4whole wheat crackers with peanut butter Dinner 1/4 of a sauteed shrimp dinner from Chinese MUCH BETTER...

OK, Yesterday wasn't a great day. B- 2 Tbsp. of oatmeal w/ Splenda and half&half 2 strips of bacon (I never actually finish this) L- pear and hazelnut crusted chicken on salad greens from Rock Bottom (I ate about 1/3 of the salad, had balsamic vinagrette and was pretty good) S- A handful of popcorn D- three chicken wings from Cheyenne Grill (had to work late and they ordered in) S- THIS IS THE BAD PART - 5 mini- Pepperidge Farm Chessman Cookies They were yummy and I didn't dump but still feel bad for eating them. That's it.

Lets see, I dont usually post much, but I guess its time huh? **My name is Krystle and I'm addicted to AchievOne Protein Drinks lol!** Getting ready for my plastics on the 11th so trying to get in every gram of protein I can. B AcheivOne Mocha Java S AchievOne Mocha Java a few fritos (bad bad bad!) L 3 ounces baked boneless skinless chicken breast 1 tbs rice S 1 ounce cheddar cheese and some fritos (bad bad krystle! thankfully it was a snack size bag, gave the rest to my daughter) D AchievOne Mocha Java (dont usually have an extra snack after dinner, but I was hungry, did LOTS of exersize and housecleaning) S 1 ounce of leftover chicken, 1 ounce cheddar cheese I did 2hrs of aerobics, jogged 4 miles on my treadmill, scrubbed my hardwood floors, then did my bellydance tape. Whew, I slept great last night! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Todays menu was basically the same cept I will have steak instead of chicken and no rice. Probably wont have that snack after dinner either. Gonna hit the sack early. Did all the same exersizes today(added a mile to the treadmill, so 5 miles), moved furniture around and scrubbed all 3 bathrooms top to bottom. I'm a stay at home mom so gotta do something while the girls are in school. I love having energy now! 9 months ago it was a stretch to just keep the house presentable, forget exersize! I am so glad I chose to have this surgery!!! Krystle

Not a good day for me either. I've gotten the flu from the flu shot so I have just been dragging through life for the last few days. Didn't eat enough yesterday but slept a lot! B: Only ate half of my yogurt before I got bored with it L: 2oz deli ham and 1 oz cheese D: Boiled egg and piece of toast. I did get in all my water plus some because I've been trying to get a little dehydrated since I've been sick. So far today is better. denise

I've been REALLY bad. I don't know why I snack so much either! cookies,,,crackers...cold lasagna noodles?!!! today will be better.
