Hello everyone, Sorry I haven't posted anything since I got home which was saturday if your wondering. To be honest I have been a little busy getting use to all this no stomach thing. Everthing has gone great, I feel great, all is great. Thank you everyone for your prayers, they where felt and my feeling the way I do is proof that prayer works. I wont start preaching, so everyone dont change sites, but I do want to say thank you for any thoughts you might have had for my well being. I will go back to work next monday, so that gives me a week to chill out, plus I wont get this drain tube removed until thursday or friday. I want to throw a great big thank you to Kara and Steve for coming by to see me and bringing me a sippy cup. Now, my 17month old and I can fight over who's cup is who's. Thank you Kara ( all smiles ) and a special thanks to my angel Barb. Katheryn looked forward to your call, thank you. I am so glad that everything has gone really good with this surgery. Katheryn, my wife is thinking about having it done also. Well I will let you go for now my Dad is here to see me. Love ya'll and God bless ya'll. Ken

Heyyyy... I was just thinking I better try and hunt down your phone number since I hadn't heard from you. I am so happy for you Ken! You sound like you are well on the road to recovery. Call me when you get an extra minute or two. And if ya feel like a visitor one day this week call me. I'll come out and we can walk! Many thanks to God for all the blessings bestowed on us! Remember sip, sip, sip... walk, walk, walk. love, Barb

WElCOME to the other side, Ken!!!! Glad to hear you made it well so far. You sound very optimistic, which is a sign of you feeling good. Before you know it you will be able to return your sippy cup to your toddler. (BTW I have a 15 months old too and he took mine back. ) Have some rest now and learn the new pouch "ropes" Best wishes, Rita.

Ken, Hi! I'm glad that everything went well and you are feeling o.k. Remember to take it slow. It will take some time getting use to this new way of life. I'm still adjusting at 4 1/2 months. Let your wife baby you!! Take Care and Best Wishes!

Don't try to over do it if you can help it...if you aren't ready to go back on Monday, don't! Take care of you! Are we gonna have to put your name in Sharpie on your cup with a big smiley face?? We'll have to do that for BOTH of you! HA!! Good Luck Ken, and keep us posted! Tami
