hey all im finally back

well I know its been so long like about 9 months the last time I was on here I was only like 2 months out im now 10 months out and doing good I have lost a total of 187 lbs i went from 391 to 204 cant wait to get in the 100ss I have missed everybody and I was shocked to see all your pictures I have to get a new pic of me and put on here for you guys to see,Im so glad to be back!!!!!!
