Hi All... Another pretty good day. LATE night is a downfall. I gotta start going to bed earlier, and then maybe I can avoid the late night snacking. B: Protein Shake S: 2 eggs - nuked. L: We went to On the Border for a coworkers last day. I did REALLY well. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and didn't eat the bun and VERY few of the fries that came with it. S: Protein pudding D: 2 pkgs of Buddig turkey. ALLL my water. I took ALL my vitamins. Calcium/multivitamin/iron/b12/potassium/magnesium Drank ALLL my water. Today was fun as well, cuz instead of just going to the gym, my friend and I went to Wild Bill's line dancing. They teach for free from 7-8pm. Someone asked how many drinks I had while there. ONE - a bottle of WATER!! It was so much fun. Since it was ladies night, it was free to get in and I danced so much my legs are sore! It was a blast. MY DOWNFALL: Late night. I did great until about 30 mins ago. I went and ate about the last 4 bites of low sugar ice cream, and then dug out the soy chips and had more than one serving of them. PRIOR to eating these snacks I was at about 1350 cals. About 150 more than I NEED. By adding these latenight snacks, obviously I have added to that. Ok...still a better day, and better choices! What did YOU eat today???

WAY TO GO MARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if you REALIZE the strides you made TODAY vs. YESTERDAY!! Today Yesterday Difference Cals 2209 3353 - 1144 Fat 101 115 - 14 Carbs 167 365 - 198 Protein 171 216 - 38 The ONLY category that didn't improve was protein, but that is to be expected, because you didn't consume as many calories!! AND it's only a difference of 38gms!! YOU KICKED SOME MAJOR BOOTY!!!! GREAT JOB MARTY!! This is DEFINITELY a VICTORY!! TOLD ya you could DO this!!!!!!!! I sent ya an email....you mail not get it until work...but it will be good encouragement for this evening..... I am really proud of you!! KEEP IT UP!!!!!

b - nothing ... we were out of coffee at work and I don't like much else for breakfast.... l - frozen dinner...roasted turkey, green beans and cranberry s - a hand full of "munchies" chips that did not stay with me....so does this count? d - 1/2 sandwich of sloppy joes and some baked cool ranch doritoes. I did about 40 oz of water and a sweet tea at lunch, then a half of a glass of coke zero for dinner. I know - I'm bad with my drinks! I did remember to take a vitamin though! the REALLY bad thing I did today - I had a few of the milano cookies that were from my snack machine.... BAD CARBS...BAD BAD BAD! Dee Dee

Ok here goes Oatmeal for breakfast Some celery with peanut butter for snacks Shrimp Salad on low carb wrap for lunch DInner- about 2 oz steak and a sweet potato 1/2 protein bar about 15 almonds I guess that was not too bad...but I have to stop the late night snacking as well Good for you on your line dancing ! I am actually starting a line dancing class tonite at the community rec center. I thought it would be fun to learn some steps and get some excercise in as well We will have to plan a country music get together sometime next year

B: nutrigrain bar apple cinnamon S:nutrigrain bar apple cinnamon L:corn, blackeyed peas , piece of chicken (leg) baked mac an cheese S: chips D: chicken an dumplings On my lunch it was about 2 cups of vegetables combined and dinner 2 cups Again no water i am sooo terriable with that i need to buy powpel again i liked it

B: Cheese Grits (1/2 of 1/2 a serving) L: A cup of chicken noodle soup from Chik-fil-a and about 5 grapes D: 1/2 a piece of chopped steak with gravy and about 1/4 cup of black-eyed peas I have had about 50-60oz of fluids today I took my multivitamin and calcium. I need to get my injections filled for B12...I have a friend at work who will give me the shots. I also need to get some iron...these new vitamins don't have iron in them, but they are soooo much better!!! Centrum Silver Chewables....highly recommend them. I KNOW I need more protein....I have to find something. I bought some Atkins shakes...they are too bad. I just don't drink them like I should.
