Marty... I told ya that that Fitday was a real eye opener!! I nearly DIED when I plugged my stuff in there. Marty my dear, you are trying and I know... When you BEGIN to feel a LITTLE full, you gotta stop.... cover your food in pepper or salt or sugar or SOMETHING that will stop you from gnoshing on it. I cover mine in pepper...if it has pepper on it, I won't touch it ANYMORE! Keep in touch, we'll get you through this... YOu can do it!!

I did better today but still not great. I'll post the results tonight when I get home. Only 2175 cals today. Dr Fields wants me at 2700 but I'm done today I think. I'll give up the details on your 10/19/05 post. Thanks Tami I am going to need to get stronger and with your help I will make it.
