Hi! Good day again...except for a slight drop off at the end of a long day... b: Protein Shake Starbucks Evil Coffee L: Pkg of Buddig Turkey 2 eggs S: Power Crunch Bar D: Pkg Buddig Beef Protein Pudding Late mistake: about 5 left over chickfila nuggets About 75 oz water NITE!! I just woke up and realized I forgot to post this. WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY??

Let's see..today I had. Breakfast: I small banana Lunch: 6 saltines, 2 slices cheddar cheese and I pack Buddig Turkey Dinner: About a cup clam chowder Only about 30 ounces of water Of course I had my morning coffee... Around 8:30 I attempted to have some steamed broccoli left over from last night..I still can't tolerate it though. All in all not a bad day..except not enough protein or water.

B- string cheese D- 1/3 cup of a smart ones dinner, santa fe rice and beans (which is really good by the way) S- string cheese No wonder I feel like poo... I just can't eat. Someone suggested a 5 month slump...??? You're doing great kiddo, I'm proud of you and for you!

Man... not that it's healthy, but wish I didn't want to eat... I still DO...that's my problem. Hang in there girl. Thanks for your kind words.

my "don't bring change to work and you can't raid the snack machine" seemed to have helped my snacking problem today! b - 1.5 cups of coffee l - kids veggie plate from piccadilly (whole potatoes, broccoli and cheese and cabbage) s - trail mix (about 1/2 a cup) d - chick-fil-a grilled chicken - no bread about 40 oz of water.... the down side is no sufficient amount of protein today.... and we need to also post to remind each other to take out vitamins. I haven't taken mine in a while and I'm feeling the effects of it!

GOOD IDEE!! Keep away from the evil machines!! Nothin but carbs in those suckers... You did well... I actually AM taking 2 viactiv calciums per day, a viactiv multi-vitamin, iron supplement, b-12 sublinqual and a postassium/magnesium supplement (cuz I get bad leg cramps). Good idea though, and I'll try to remember to list them.

Hey GF I had the usual breakfast Egg beaters with peppers and some cheddar Low Carb wrap with Turkey, baby spinach, and tomato Protein Bar Protein Drink 2 oz of Shrimp Salad THen, I went crazy on almonds. Not too bad, but I seem to be getting hungry between meals. Brought me some celery and peanut butter to munch on today if it happens again

You did well. Yes, I am struggling between meals as well. I TRY to psych my tummy out with water, but it's catching on! I got me a case of that Sylvester Stallone Protein Pudding, and that is a BIG help. AND it's GOOD!! Great job missy!!!
