WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY 10-17-05

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT TO THE GYM TONIGHT!!!!!!! I have not been in TWO months!! Do you know what the hardest part about going to the gym is when you haven't gone in so long?? Getting your narrow behiney in the CAR and driving to the gym!! That was harder than actually walking on that durn treadmill... and working with the weight machine. Although, I was a TOTAL DERHEAD there tonight!! LOL! If you all coulda been flies on the wall there woulda been a BIG ROAR of laughter that would have been echoing through the gym. I bought myself a new cd player to listen to some tunes there, cuz honestly, this gym is kinda going down hill, so I needed a little stimulization.... Ok...little Miss Coordinated got SOOO into her music, that I closed my eyes was singing along (silently), and didn't realize I wasn't keeping up with the treadmill, and fell RIGHT OFF THAT SUCKER! LOL!!! When THAT happened, my cd player went flying, the cd that was IN it flew out and over to the treadmill next to me, the extra cd I had with me, went in another direction and the 50 oz bottle of water went in another!! Fortunately, I didn't FALL or get hurt, but STILL not in control of my BRAIN, I hopped right back ON that treadmill that I had NOT stopped!! LOL! As soon as I stepped on I realized OH HELL! And had to start RUNNING to catch myself from falling again. EVERYONE in the gym looked at me, and the one personal trainer all but said, HEY STUPID! BE CAREFUL! you could SEE it in his face! LOL!!! BUT.. I DID IT!! I walked 2.3 miles...was SUPER red faced, but I DID IT!! AND I ate better....here's today.... Breakfast - Protein shake - 2 eggs scrambled 2 mugs of coffee - splenda and coffeemate creamer Lunch - Piece of Kroger baked chicken (chicken breast) Snack - Quaker Quakes - BLASTED things...they are soooooo good... ate tooooooo many, but fortunately, not horrible in carbs or cals... Water Dinner - More quakes and a piece of chickfila chicken - no bun. WATER WATER WATER Ok...NOT PERFECT, but definite progress.... Here's to a better tomorrow.... HOWZ ABOUT YOU??? What did YOU eat today?

b - 1.5 cups of coffee and a snack bag of snackwells cookies (low fat, low sugar, low carbs) l - 6" sub from subway...roasted chicken breast, baked chips and a tea. snack - rice krispies treat....BAAAAAAAAAAAAAD but go**** was good...till I DUMPED off it! D - sauce from spagetthi - the noodles have been making me sick lately so I just had the home made sauce! and about 30 oz of water.... Not a great day but not overly bad either!

He's a HANDFUL.....but it's mostly because is former owner did NOT work with him at all. (I'm sorry - but you can't have a dog and not give it some time and attention...it's just NOT right to do to an animal like that!) His name is Gunner. Did you see his pictures that I put up last week? One thing I've decided to do to stop my "snacking" is not bring in extra change to work to raid the vending machine. If I don't have it I can't spend it - if I can't spend it I can't EAT it!!!! We have water that is free and coffee that is free. If I need food I make healthy choices at lunch and not snack on the high carb foods. Going to get a glass of water now!!!! Dee Dee

OHHHH girl...it was a HOOT!!! And I am NOOOOOOOOOOOO angel!! (Well, except to my angelettes! Gonna go see Melissa this evening!) No...definite evil lurking in this dietary world!! HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME in NYC. Wish I could go. I wanna see "SPAMALOT"!!

Spamalot.. thats monty python, right? We are thinking about seeing Wicked. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GO TO NY!!!! WHEE!!! HERE I COME SHOPPING! I love that city.......................... I will miss everyone, and sad that I will not be around this weekend- or to see how Melissa and Barb C do ( even though I know they are both going to be/are great!). WICKED!! My girlfriend would be soooooooooooo jealous!! She gave me that book for Christmas! HECK YEAH! I'd take that scale! How else can you brag about all the weight you STILL LOSE while everyone else is pigging out and GAINING! LOL!!!! Have a FABO time!!! Tami

You probably burned extra calories falling off the treadmill and chasing your CD's. I can relate. I'm a klutz and always feel like I am standing out in the gym. Tomorrow night I am suppose to go to my first body sculpting class and I will propbably be expelled after the first 15 minutes for being hopeless. Well here is yesterdays food. Not a bad day overall. B: 8oz sugar free yogurt and 1/2 c Back to Nature Cereal S: 10 almonds L: mixed greens salad and 3 oz chicken with 2 tbsps low fat dressing S: 1oz cheese & 1 Ritz Cracker D: Scrambled egg with 1/2 oz cheese and ham. Slice low cal toast S: Weigh****chers Ice cream sandwich (Everyone needs a little reward!) Plus I did an hour of cardio and an hour of weights and toning last night. I'm trying really hard to get off a couple of pounds before my 1 yr anniversary next week. denise

It's ALMOST your rebirthday!! YAY YOU!!!!!!!! You are doing great!! I committed to myself to lose 5 pounds this month. It's not much, but considering I haven't lost ANY in a while, and actually put 5 on and took it back off, a 5 lb loss would be a GOOD thing. So..gotta have 5 off by 11-8-05 to meet my PERSONAL goal.
